Our Wadsworth team is seeking a full-time Customer Service Specialist with a passion for helping clients manage risk through the use of insurance and financial strategies.   

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Serve clients, with or without risk advisor involvement providing excellent customer service
  • Prepare new and renewal submissions for marketing and proposals
  • Provide recommendations and follow up with clients and carriers on quotes, policy changes, claims, answer policy and billing questions, and provide requested documentation.
  • Work with underwriters and follow up with requests for information or processing of charges
  • Process adds and deletes for group clients in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Handle phone calls and walk-in activity by clients, carriers or others, including billing questions.

Requirements:
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an active property and casualty license for the State of Ohio
  • Has a valid Ohio driver’s license
