Reports to Office Manager

Job purpose
 
This position acts as a liaison between the company and the customer. Primary purpose is to service the needs of our customers and serve as the communication link regarding products, services, and status of orders/projects and needs.
 
Duties and responsibilities
  • Obtain customer expectations/requirements and effectively transfer knowledge
  • Initiates notification, including details of customer complaints
  • Provide support to other departments to ensure we meet customer expectations
  • Provide effective communication between the company and the customer
  • Partner closely with sales representative to offer world class service to our customers
  • Take responsibility to ensure project steps are handled appropriately and timely
  • Commit to ship delivery dates within guidelines
  • Develop production routing/logistics plan for all orders with input from production
  • Prepare quotations
  • Enter orders
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures
  • Any and all duties assigned by supervisor

Working conditions
 
This job is in an office setting. This is a full-time position
 
Physical requirements
